Hello!  I’m Victoria Rivadeneira, and I bring more than 30 years of success across every level of the real estate business. My career includes roles as a top-producing agent, broker/owner, franchisee, and senior executive leader with nationally recognized brands. I’ve led growth and productivity initiatives for multi-office organizations, including serving as Regional Vice President overseeing 19 offices and 16 managing brokers, as well as Senior Vice President guiding some of the strongest offices in highly competitive markets. I am both metrics-driven and people-focused, with a proven ability to build high-performance offices where agents grow through accountability, coaching, and the strategic use of technology.

My focus is attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. I empower agents to operate as true business owners—strengthening their skills, increasing productivity, and expanding their market presence. I believe the most successful offices are built on leadership that is accessible, collaborative, and invested in agent success. Giving back has always been central to my leadership, from organizing fundraisers for local and national charities to volunteering with Habitat for Humanity.
