During the process you get to know the other person and if your real estate agent is good he/she will start to see the same vision you see for your home. Donna did that for us. I wanted to say a few words about my experience working with Justin Oswald in my house search, purchase and finally
my closing on my house in Jackson, New Jersey.
I had sold my home in Havre De Grace, Maryland in about two and half weeks which to be honest I wasn't expecting to
sell that quickly, so I had to rush down to New Jersey to go find a house as quickly as possible as I only had a month to
get out of my home in Maryland. Travis Rodgers my real estate agent in Maryland recommended Justin to me, and I can't
express my thanks to him enough for the type of help he gave me as I had a unique situation that came up in the middle
of this process. Justin gave me a nice selection of homes to look at and I found one in the day I allotted myself to find
one, I put my offer in, it was accepted, and that is when my unique situation developed. We set it for closing on
December 12th 2023.
Unfortunately I had just retired from Federal Service after 37 years, I had my preapproved mortgage, my estimates for
what I would make monthly on my pension, unfortunately my lender needed my final amount of my annuity to finish
processing the mortgage, this is where the fun for Justin came in, my Human Resources (OPM in Washington, DC) told
me the process takes about three months and can't be sped by that time I had already been in the system for about a
month, so I had another two months to get my finalized retirement. Justin worked his butt off to make sure I didn't lose the
house, the seller was within her rights to pull out of the deal but he was able to work with her agent and extend the closing
date, not once, twice but three times before my lender completed the mortgage.
There aren't enough words to say how grateful I am to Justin for all his hard work so I can finally close and get settled in
my new home. He never got upset, he was a complete professional at all times, and was so happy for me when I could
finally close. If you need a great real estate agent who will fight for you when the times get a little messy sometimes,
Justin is the one.

It is hard to believe, but it has been three years since we first decided to sell our Bergen county apartment and move to Ocean County to be closer to the kids and grandkids. But we did it!
