Deborah Connors has been a trusted real estate professional since 2005, bringing nearly two decades of experience to helping clients achieve their real estate goals. As a Senior Resource Specialist (SRF), she is dedicated to guiding clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives with care, knowledge, and integrity. Her deep understanding of the market and personalized approach ensure that every client receives the attention and expertise they deserve.

Before entering real estate, Deborah gained valuable experience across a variety of industries, each contributing to the well-rounded professional she is today. She managed her own horse farm for 13 years, combining her lifelong passion for horses with strong leadership and organizational skills. This hands-on experience gave her an exceptional ability to manage details, solve problems, and work hard—qualities that continue to serve her clients in real estate.

Deborah also held roles in retail, sales, and finance, including positions as a sales associate for Sterns Retail and as an accounts receivable clerk for a restaurant supply company. Additionally, she worked with a sales department designing kitchens, managing orders, and overseeing inventory control. These experiences sharpened her customer service, financial management, and design skills, all of which contribute to her ability to guide clients with both precision and creativity.
